You are sorely missed,
but your legacy will live,
longer than music.

I don't care about your stupid bandwagoning, I don't want to be a part of it. The haiku isn't the most important thing I have to say, now, I wish I could fully express the mourning and the sorrow I feel. But if visual art can't properly depict it, neither, my friends, can literature.

I cried for someone I didn't know yesterday because I felt like I knew him closely.

I cried for someone I didn't know today because even in death people are trashing his name.

I'm crying for a man I don't know; not just because I loved his music, but more importantly, I loved the man for what he was and what he represented to me.

"Man in the Mirror" "Black or White" "Childhood"

It's a shame, a terrible, terrible shame how cruel the world can be. Michael knew it, and knew it first hand. To one man in just 50 years, the world was. How is it the moment he dies everyone seems to do a heelface turn and love him, or pretend to love him because it will make them look or feel better?

Don't think I don't see the text circulating, forwarded messages even when you say "Oh, well I liked him." If you liked him, you wouldn't tell the jokes, forward them, or anything else but delete them from your phone.

I just hope that Michael can see all the love the fans are spilling for him, instead of the nasty jokes and cruel comments people are making under the radar. Our hearts go to his family, to his children, to his friends, and to everyone who feels like a part of this great world is missing.

I mean it, I'm not being over the top, I'm just accepting it all now that an idol of mine is dead- he's no longer. I walked around in disbelief, like... it can't be.

I suppose we don't realize that someone like Michael, a legendary artist and performer, is mortal just like the rest of us. Not until they die, and not until they die so suddenly.

This has been my rant. I'm sorry, but now more than ever I think I understand the meaning of the song "American Pie" by Don McLean

"But something touched me deep inside
The day the music died."

They are not mortals, Nat. They will ALWAYS be alive, Through the music, And the hearts of the fans that still listen to the music and appreciate it. I'm not going to say I liked the man, Sure I liked a FEW of his songs. Two or three and thats it. I will not try to make myself look good, But it is sad at how young he was, Sure 50 may be "old" But it is also so very young, And it was sudden, It also sucks that he couldn't do his UK Tour. But anyways, I am sorry for your loss Nat, But just remember, He's still alive through the beat of the music and the beating hearts of his many MANY fans.

... Thx. I'm just frustrated from the beat-down he's getting in some places.

Yeah I can understand that, It is rather upsetting. But some people are just ignorant. Sure I used to make jokes a long time ago, But all these people saying this rather harsh shit, When he DIES? I mean come on now, The jokes I made were never THAT bad. Or at least I never thought so. But still, They should leave the poor guy alone =/

Michael Jackson was a very talented singer and dancer. I highly enjoyed his moonwalk. I hope all the scandals RIP with him.
