       The Commission Process These steps are here to make business between us as quick and painless as possible. Step 1: Send me a Note! Easy, right? All you need to do is send me a DA note with a detailed summary of what you want. By detailed, I mean I'm not a mind reader. The more specific you are, the happier you will be at the end with your finished commission. References and picture examples are always welcome, in fact they're encouraged! If you're not sure that you can describe something clearly, an example of what you mean can make all the difference! Step 2: I will give you a price quote! Sometimes what people ask for goes above and beyond my comfort zone, or perhaps is exceedingly easy and can be done with much more comfort and haste than a normal commission. By no means are my price lists solid, and I'm willing to negotiate prices with anyone within reason. Step 3: I show you a work in progress! This is to make sure I understood what you wanted me to do! Maybe I got everything right but I missed a detail. Maybe I was waaay off and need to make a few major alterations. The good news is that this is the stage where you can request changes. Again, be detailed! I cannot stress enough the importance of your descriptions. The more I have to read on your character, the better! Depending on the alterations that need to be made, this is also the stage I will ask for payment before I finalize your commission. After I move on to finalizing, there can be no more changes made EXCEPT for fixing colors, but hopefully you gave me the proper colors in Step 1. Step 4: I give you your finished product! You've given me payment and I've given you your art. Doesn't this sound easy? Sure it does! Important Note: I have every right to refuse a customer service for any reason.
